Terms of Service

The Site is an information service providing market data, technical indicators, statistical estimates, educational content, and AI chat for stocks, ETFs, indices, foreign exchange, bonds, commodities, crypto assets, and economic indicators. The operator is not registered as a financial instruments business operator (including investment advisory and agency business) and does not provide advice on individual investment decisions, solicit transactions, or recommend buying or selling.

Some features require an account. Keep your registration details accurate and your credentials secure. You may not let anyone else use your account.

The price, payment timing, automatic renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions of the Premium plan are as stated in the Legal Notice (Specified Commercial Transactions Act) and on the Premium page. You may cancel at any time and keep paid features until the end of the current billing period.

AI chat responses and Jev screening results are general information generated or calculated automatically and may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Jev screening shows how well instruments fit published conditions and does not recommend buying or selling any instrument. AI chat does not provide individual buy/sell recommendations, price targets, or advice on trade timing or size.

You must not: (1) copy, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit the Site's data, analysis, or AI responses without the operator's permission; (2) access the Site in bulk by automated means such as scraping; (3) interfere with or circumvent the Site's operation, security, or usage limits; or (4) act unlawfully, contrary to public order, or in a way that infringes third-party rights.

Rights in the Site's software, design, text, and proprietary indicators and ratings belong to the operator. Rights in third-party content such as market data, news headlines, and logos belong to their respective providers.

The operator may change, suspend, or end all or part of the Site without prior notice for maintenance, outages, changes by data providers, or other unavoidable reasons, and may restrict or suspend use by anyone who breaches these terms.

Information on the Site is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current, and investment decisions and their outcomes are your own responsibility. Except in cases of the operator's intent or gross negligence, the operator's liability for damage arising from use of the Site is limited to the fees you paid to the operator in the month the damage occurred. Where the Consumer Contract Act or other law makes any part of this clause inapplicable, that law prevails. Please also read the Disclaimer.

The operator may change these terms when necessary. Material changes will be announced on the Site in advance. Using the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction, in the first instance, of the court with jurisdiction over the operator's place of residence.
